Palmer McCormack expects to secure in excess of £500,000 for an industrial investment at the Stillorgan Industrial Park in Stillorgan, Co Dublin. The 7,172-square-foot unit is leased as B1-style accommodation to Commercial Communications Ltd at a rent of £31,750. The next rent review is due in two years. Eamon Maguire of the agent says recent lettings in the park suggest a rent of £6 to £6.50 per square foot would be appropriate for a building of this quality. The current 10-year lease runs from 1994.
