£50,000 for chalet overlooking the Shannon

DUBLIN estate agent McDonald Brothers expects to secure between £40,000 and £50,000 for a chalet which is located on an elevated site overlooking the River Shannon at Hodson Bay on Lough Ree near Athlone. There is full planning permission for a permanent home on the half acre site, which has outstanding views over the bay. The auction takes place on May 9th.
