The land is located in a prime industrial location about five miles from the city centre. The site is bounded to the north by the River Camac, to the south by Irish Food Services and to the west by the M50 and to the east it has a profile on to the Nangor Road/Oak Road roundabout. There is planning permission for seven industrial buildings with a total area of 186,157 sq ft, with about 75,000 sq ft set aside as offices.
