IN Sandycove, Co Dublin, Hamilton Osborne King is quoting a price in excess of £250,000 for Hansel & Gretel, the children's fashion store at 54 Glasthule Road which is to be auctioned on October 2nd. The two-storey premises has 1,424 square feet of retail space with a further 632 square feet of offices at first floor level.
