HAMILTON Osborne King is understood to be seeking key money of more than £200,000 for Marks and Spencer's lingerie store at 30 Grafton Street, Dublin 2. There is likely to be strong interest in the unit, particularly from UK fashion chains, because of its superb trading position. Although the shop has not yet officially gone on the market, HOK is believed to be seeking offers for it. M & S moves out next October to its new store which is being developed on the site of the former Brown Thomas department store in Grafton Street. The lingerie shop adjoins M & S's main store on Grafton Street.

The lingerie outlet has 850 square feet at street level and similar space in both the basement and the first floor, which could also be used for retailing. The building is rented at 105,000 per annum and is owned by the Shell Pension Fund.
