When it comes to blazing a trail for bass, Graeme Sinden is one of the most reliable players in the game. After finding his feet at the Get Familiar club night in London and touring as M.I.A.’s DJ, Sinden found a new momentum via The Count Sinden hook-up with Herve, which produced smash cuts Beeper, Mega and, especially, After Dark. The latter is an indie disco favourite complete with the Mystery Jets on vocals. Add in his regular Kiss FM radio show and his work with fellow producer Switch on a range of remixes, and it’s clear Sinden is someone with serious credentials.

Sinden is joined for this bash by Canadian DJ Mele and the Junior Spesh DJs. There’s also a launch for the Irish Chancers’ cassette with Simon Bird, Ickis Mirolo, Shammen Delly and B-Side. JIM CARROLL
