The third single from Tyler's much-hyped Goblinalbum, which leaked earlier this week, is a disturbing tale of obsessive love. At 24, Frank Ocean is a geriatric by OFGKTA standards. But despite his silky smooth hook, this is one of darkest and most misogynistic lyrics of the younger rapper's short career.

"How do you pay back the welcome you've overstayed?" asks Gruff Rhys on this the second single from his Hotel Shampooalbum. One doesn't imagine it's a dilemma the Welsh Brian Wilson faces very often. There are echoes here of the Small Faces' Itchycoo Park, but what's most striking is just how effortless he makes it all sound. Brilliant.

For much of her career to date, Anna-Catherine Hartley – she of the lycra unitard – has seemed more American Apparel ad than recording artist. But she delivers the goods on this Tom Tom Club cover.

It's tipped to be one of the biggest hits of the summer, but Bouncecould easily be mistaken for the soundtrack to some cheesy 1980s arcade game. If it is a hit, expect Tetris remixes to clog the airwaves for months to come.

BATTLES ft MATIAS AGUAYO

The video for this track, directed by Lope, Luis and Nicolas (aka Canada) is a must-see. Battles' second album, Gloss Drop,is out June 3rd, and the band play Forbidden Fruit festival in IMMA two days later.
