Thousands are set to descend on the Phoenix Park in Dublin this weekend when country music star Zach Bryan takes over the outdoor venue for a series of concerts over three nights. Extra train services have been added to timetables to help fans get there and home.

Grammy Award-winner Bryan, who has almost 25 million monthly Spotify listeners, can be described as one of the biggest country superstars of his generation.

The last time the Oklahoma singer was here was in 2023, when he played the 1,800-seater Helix at DCU in Dublin. Since then, Bryan’s latest album, The Great American Bar Scene, took the number 2 spot on the Billboard 200 chart.

If Irish people’s love for Garth Brooks is anything to go by, it’s no wonder Bryan’s popularity has rocketed to requiring three dates in the Phoenix Park. He’s the second most “subscribed to” artist on Irish Spotify with 220,000 followers.

When and where are the gigs?

Zach Bryan will play three gigs in Dublin’s Phoenix Park on Friday, June 20th, Saturday, June 21st, and Sunday, June 22nd.

Are there any tickets left?

At the time of writing there are a limited amount of tickets, including resale tickets, available on the Ticketmaster website. Fans are advised to buy tickets from official sources only.

To avoid any hiccups, download your tickets to your iPhone wallet or Google Pay wallet in advance – don’t wait until you are at the venue as network coverage may not be available.

A box office will be running from 2pm-9pm on concert day.

Bryan’s popularity with young people is reflected in the presence of an alcohol free/family area and also a neurodivergent area for those who have bought tickets specific to that zone.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

For early-entry ticket holders, gates open at 4.30pm, with general entry from 5pm. As the Phoenix Park is a residential and commercial area, early queuing for the gigs is not permitted.

The show is scheduled to get under way from 6pm and finish at about 10.30pm.

The main entrance from the Phoenix Park is a 45 minute walk, so concert-goers should be prepared for a long walk.

Who are the support acts?

Bryan will have two acts warming up the crowd for him – Turnpike Troubadours and Noeline Hofmann. Turnpike Troubadours are an American country music band who join Bryan in Dublin on the back of the release of their latest album, The Price of Admission. Hofmann, an emerging Canadian singer-songwriter, gained attention last year after her collaboration with Bryan on her song Purple Gas.
