In the Defence Forces supplement on December 17th, an article on Central America said "the senior Irish observer in ONUCA (Organisation Naciones Unidas in Centro America) was Col Tony Wall, later Adjutant General". We have been advised that Col Wall's appointment was Chief Operations Officer at ONUCA headquarters, and Col Patrick Purcell, later Brigadier General, was the senior Irish officer in the mission area.
