Paul Holland joins Signium Ireland as consulting partner

Executive search firm Signium has appointed Paul Holland as consulting partner as Ireland's resurgent economy drives growth in the senior executive recruitment market.

Mr Holland was previously with Elevate Executive Selection, a company he co-founded.

Prior to that he worked extensively in sports marketing and investment sectors, with clients including the football European Championships, the Ryder Cup, the European Rugby Cup and the FIA World Rally Championship, as well as a host of blue-chip corporate customers.

He worked previously in a senior management role with Octagon, one of the world’s largest sports marketing agencies.

Mr McEvoy said Signium Ireland had seen strong growth in demand in a market where sourcing and retaining leadership talent has become more challenging.
