New look and features for Bing
Microsoft's Bing search engine has unveiled a brand new logo to herald its evolution beyond a service that simply gives you "a list of a zillion links". Microsoft's brand and creative guy Scott Erickson says that Bing's future is integrating into products you use every day: voice search on Xbox; embedding images from Bing into Word; the tech behind Windows Phone personalisation.

Besides which, the landing page has a new cleaner look and promises to display equally well on the iPad or Surface. Tempted to switch from Google?
