Users of Dropbox for Business will know that this service is like the regular Dropbox service in that it’s easy to save, manage and share files.

The difference is that this paid service has the admin tools that a company’s IT department requires.

The latest update gives view-only permissions for shared folders so no more worries about accidental deletions when adding several team members to a project folder.

There is also additional security and control for shared links: they can now be password-protected and have expiration dates associated with them.
