Esat Digifone is to invest £20 million in a new customer care system. The system will provide Digifone with a comprehensive customer care, information management and billing system.

Digifone's billing system had experienced difficulties, with customer getting outdated bills. The company's chief executive, Mr Barry Maloney, said the difficulties had now been resolved and bills were being sent out on time.
