US securities firm Paine Webber has made a strategic investment in Enba, the Dublin-based Internet financial services company.
The investment, details of which were reported in The Irish Times in December, is thought to be worth in excess of $20 million (€25 million). It will give Paine Webber a significant equity stake in Enba. Recent reports suggest it could be around 5 per cent.
