The auction of Dublin's Ormond Hotel is to go ahead today as scheduled, even though the business is now in receivership.

The auction of Dublin's Ormond Hotel is to go ahead today as scheduled, even though the business is now in receivership.

Anglo-Irish Bank, which is understood to be owed about £1.8 million, said that the sale at public auction would go ahead. The receiver, who was appointed last Monday, is Mr Martin Ferris of Ferris & Associates.
