Norkom Technologies is investing £2 million in a software development program on a new customer and marketing intelligence product code-named Sapphire. Norkom has received a substantial investment from Enterprise Ireland and the EU's Research Technology and Innovation Fund. The company plans to employ 50 people in phase one of the development.
