McInerney, the house building group, has informed the Stock Exchange that Natexis, formerly Credit National, no longer holds an interest in the share capital of the company.

Natexis, which had held a 4.94 per cent stake, was one of a number of creditors who received shares in the company during the 1996 restructuring. At the time, the shares were valued at 35p. They closed yesterday at 165p.
