Marlborough talks end

Marlborough International has announced that its discussions with Spring Group have ended. Earlier this month the Irish recruitment company had confirmed it was in discussions with Spring on acquiring certain parts of Spring's business. Spring is a publicly-quoted British-based recruitment and training company. Marlborough said yesterday that it would continue to examine ways of enhancing shareholder value.
