Mr Joe Kearns, finance director of Marlborough International, is to leave the company and take up a position at National Toll Roads (NTR), a spokesman for NTR confirmed yesterday.
His position at Marlborough International will be filled by the company's former finance director, Mr John Nolan, until a replacement is appointed.
