Kingspan share sales

A director of the Kingspan building products group, Mr Dermot Mulvihill, has raised £337,500 after selling 150,000 shares in the market at 225p each. After the share sale, Mr Mulvihill's stake has fallen to 1.18 million shares worth just under £3 million.
