Enterprise Ireland has taken a 5 per cent stake in a small Dublin-based e-business consultancy firm called Strata3.

Details were not released but the State agency will provide employment and marketing grants, and a lump payment.

Strata3 will use the cash to establish a firm base in Britain, where it has a number of deals, including one with Microsoft.
