THE UK furniture giant DFS Trading has leased a warehouse in Rosemount Business Park in Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, to support its new store at Blanchardstown Retail Park.
The company will be paying a rent of around €60,000 for a modern warehouse with a floor area of 1,436sq m (15,457sq ft).
The Blanchardstown store is DFS Trading’s first outlet in Ireland.
The multiple is expected to open a number of other stores here over the next two years. It operates 85 outlets in the UK.

Agent William Harvey, which handled the Rosemount letting, is currently marketing another unit extending to 2,112sq m (22,733sq ft) at a rent of €54 per sq m (€5 per sq ft).
