A partially-built housing estate and ready-to-go residential site in Monasterevin, Co Kildare, is fresh to the market this week through Knight Frank.

The agent is quoting €700,000 for Old Grange Wood which includes a number of completed and half-built houses along with a site with permission for 171 additional houses.

Old Grange Wood is on the northern edge of historic Monasterevin which lies on the river Barrow and the Grand Canal.
