Business campus fully let

The final office letting at West Pier Business Campus overlooking Dún Laoghaire Harbour has been wrapped up by Nicholas Corson of Finnegan Menton. The 787sq m (8,460sq ft) suite has been let to fund managers Adian Lee & Partners at close to the asking rent of €161 per sq m (€15 per sq ft).

Other recent letting in the Cosgrave Group campus included Air France/KLM, Indevar, Shanahan Engineering and Rockall Technologies.

Finnegan Menton is now marketing newly refurbished offices at Century Court in Dún Laoghaire that were previously rented by Dún Laoghaire VEC. A rent of €161 per sq m (€15 per sq ft) is being quoted for the two-self contained blocks. One has a floor area of 696 sq m (7,500sq ft); the other has 212sq m (2,290sq ft).

The buildings are located at the rear of An Post on Upper Georges Street, a few doors from Dún Laoghaire shopping centre.
