€900,000 for residential site

Joint agents Savills and REA Coonan are quoting €900,000 for a residential site of with frontage on to the Rye River and the Dunboyne Road in Maynooth, Co Kildare, which is to be auctioned on May 28th.

A planning permission for 83 apartments, 11 maisonette units and a creche recently expired but, according to Loman Dempsey of Savills, a feasibility study has shown that the site could accommodate a low-density development of 50 homes.
