Mr Henry Murdoch has been appointed to the council of the City & Guilds of London Institute. The council is the governing body of City & Guilds, which is the leading UK awarding body for vocational qualifications. Mr Murdoch (62) is a barrister and chartered engineer. He is chairman of the National Rehabilitation Board and a non-executive director of First Active.
