THE Margin noted pictures in the papers of Irish Nationwide boss Michael Fingleton presenting the "Blue Stars" cup to Dubs goalkeeper John O'Leary. The Irish Nationwide sponsored cup was for the winners of a challenge between the all Ireland champions and a selected 15.

Presenting the cup to the Dubs captain must have stuck in Mr Fingleton's craw a little. John O'Leary is an area manager for the Irish Permanent and features prominently in some of the Permo's window displays.
