Circle K agrees €300m supply deal with Musgrave

Deal will see Musgrave supply over 165 Circle K forecourts with range of food items

The Republic's biggest fuel group Circle K has agreed a five-year supply deal with food supplier Musgrave worth €300 million.

Under the terms of the deal, Musgrave will supply over 165 Circle K forecourts with a range of fresh and frozen food items.

As part of the arrangement, Circle K will also supply fuel to 14 service stations owned and operated by Musgrave in the Republic and Northern Ireland, with these forecourts rebranding to Circle K over time.

This will bring Circle K’s total store count on the island to 425.

Additionally, Circle K will supply fuel to the Musgrave fleet of delivery vehicles.

Michael McCormack of Musgrave MarketPlace said: “We are delighted to continue our longstanding relationship with Circle K.”

“After many successful years working together, we understand their business needs and are confident we can continue to provide a first-class range and service to Circle K forecourts nationwide,” he said.

Gordon Lawlor, managing director Circle K said: "Alongside Circle K's own extensive and high-quality product range, our ongoing partnership with Musgrave MarketPlace and access to its outstanding offering enables us to continue delivering a really compelling offering to our customers."
