ACT takes 25% stake in Dialogue

ACT Venture Capital has acquired a 25 per cent equity interest in Dialogue Systems for £0.25 million

ACT Venture Capital has acquired a 25 per cent equity interest in Dialogue Systems for £0.25 million. All the funds will go into the company and they will be used as a first phase of an equity investment plan to fund further product development and the launch of the company's products in international markets.

Dialogue has developed software packages, called Worksafe, which facilitate a quality management approach to health and safety, thereby reducing the costs of accidents.

The group's sales are expected to amount to £0.25 million in the year ended January 1997. This should treble in 1997/8 and double the following year, said Mr Walter Hobbs, ACT's director responsible for the investment.
