KELVINSIDE Holdings the vehicle set up by a consortium headed by former Inishtech managing director, Mr Brian Molloy, has made its second acquisition. It has purchased Turnergraphic, a design and print company, based in Basingstoke, Hampshire, for over £3 million, payable in cash. The expansion will lead to a doubling of group sales to around £10 million. The consideration is on an attractive profit multiple of around 6. Turnergraphic has net assets of £1.75 million.
