Watts a powerful loss for Monkstown

Monkstown may face Richmond this weekend without their inspiring number eight, Dustan Watts

Monkstown may face Richmond this weekend without their inspiring number eight, Dustan Watts. Watts, who may not be in Ireland for the Dublin side's sixth game in Division Three, has caught the eye this season and is certain to be missed against the seventh-placed Limerick side. Monkstown, however, will welcome back second row Conor Lupton who was unavailable for their win over UCD last weekend.

Currently second in the table, Monkstown report no serious injury worries although team selection has not yet taken place.

Richmond report a full squad, but make a few positional changes. Joe Dwyer comes into the second row with Declan Flynn moving to wing forward. Niall Tobin comes in at lock for Derek Mullane.

The two student sides in Division Three face stiff opposition; Trinity travelling to third-placed Bohemians and UCD facing Instonians in Belfast. UCD are hoping that out-half Brian O'Driscoll will be available. O'Driscoll, who has been highly influential for the students around the midfield, was hoping to play last Saturday but was ruled out for a little longer with a leg injury. Bohemians undoubtedly offer an even greater challenge to Trinity in Annacotty and welcome back two centres, Michael Benson and Ivan Duggan. Benson sustained a neck injury against NIFC earlier this month while Duggan was one of many flu victims in the division. Neither were considered last week and are now back in contention.

Dublin University bring in Peter Lennon to the second row and move Peter Sowerby to number eight to replace Brian Buckley, who has a knee injury.

Higfield have selected, save for two positions - on the wing Mick Hayden and Paul Matson are both in contention as are Brendan Crowley and Eoin Desmond for tight-head prop. In Division Four Queen's have six players returning who were unavailable last week due to exams. There is, however, still some doubt over back-row Alan Dickson and scrum-half David Spence.
