Former World heavyweight champion Mike Tyson's psychiatric tests are to be delivered to the Nevada Athletic Commission today - but whether or not they can be made public is still undecided.

The State Supreme Court plans to rule today whether or not to limit the release of Tyson's medical records strictly to members of a five-man panel who will consider ending a ban imposed on the boxer for biting Evander Holyfield's ears in a world title fight.
