Defending champions Tyrone booked their place in the final of the Ulster under-21 football championship with goals from Ryan Mellon and Enda McGinley doing the damage at Pearse Park, Ballybay on Saturday.

Tyrone, who had half back Ciaran Meenagh sent off after 16 minutes, led 1-5 to 1-3 at sealed victory with a last minute goal.

In the other semi-final, Fermanagh overcame Cavan by three points, 0-13 to 0-10.
