Conditional jockey Leo Temple missed out on his first ride at Bangor-on-Dee yesterday - by 50 miles! The claimer was due to partner Dancing Lawyer for his boss Brian Ellison in the opening Eyton Selling Hurdle.

"It's annoying as I have just been fined £110 by the stewards.
