Anderlecht 1-1 Tottenham: Tottenham earned a place in the knockout stage of the UEFA Cup after Dimitar Berbatov came off the bench against Anderlecht to spare the blushes of Michael Dawson.
Dawson was the senior centre-back of a makeshift defence but his error led to the opener at the Constant Vanden Stock Stadium in Brussels.

The former Aston Villa midfielder scored the winner on the stroke of half-time to stun Red Star and give Gary Megson's side a chance of a place in the last 32.
McCann swept the ball home from close range after Gary Speed had flicked on a corner from Andranik Teymourian.
