Sevilla's Daniel Alves has called on his club to consider a reported offer for his services by Chelsea.

The Brazilian, who can play at full-back or as a midfielder, has said he would move to Stamford Bridge if given the chance.

The 24-year-old has been linked with a £20million switch from Sevilla to Stamford Bridge.

"I want to try. Out of respect to me they have to do it," Alves was quoted as saying in Spanish newspaper Marca.

"I have behaved well over four and a half years and I ask Sevilla to also behave well and evaluate an offer."
