TAKE Gay Kelleway's word for it and side with Musheer in the £55,000-added Laurent-Perrier Champagne Stakes at Doncaster today. The Whitcombe trainer is getting very excited about her son of Known Fact and earlier this week advised punters to wade in for a slice of the 25 to 1 available about him for next year's 2000 Guineas.

But don't just rely on Kelleway - take a look at the form book. On Musheer's racecourse debut at Ayr, he was sent off favourite but went down by four lengths to Brave Act. That turned out to be no disgrace as Brave Act has since won the Group Three Solario Stakes at Sandown.

Musheer then went to Ascot and opened his account with ease, beating Snow Partridge one and a half lengths. The third horse there, Monza, has since won a 17- runner Newbury maiden. Clearly, Musheer has the makings of a high-class colt.

World Premier has his best opportunity of the season in the Sun Princess Conditions Stakes. He has plenty of talent, as shown when fourth to Gabr in a Group Three race at Newmarket last time. This is World Premier's first run since June but he is the type to go well fresh.
