Shes a Peach best suited to scaling the hill

It's no Derby but if the top weight Shes A Peach can win the first division of the mile-and-a-half handicap at Tramore today then it will be no mean achievement for the Michael Halford-trained runner.

Tramore, of course, has its own hill to be contended with but Shes A Peach comes here on the back of a good third to Knock On at Ballinrobe last Tuesday and may be better suited by the going than the Roscommon winner Team Allstar.

Halford should also be a contender in the concluding mile-and-six handicap, where he runs Plant A Smacker.

This one is 7lbs higher for a Downpatrick success but Rachel Costello does take 7lbs off herself.

Koln Stars made a no show at Fairyhouse but that was his first start since October and this quick-going horse should be much more suitable in the handicap hurdle.

The Nashwan filly Dazzling Dancer ran Lisieux Orchid to half a length on her debut at Limerick and has enough in hand of Boundary to win the mile-and-a-half maiden.
