O'Brien can land double

TULLIBARDS SWALLOW can keep up trainer Aidan O'Brien's incredible strike rate in bumpers by landing the Clonoulty INH Flat Race at Thurles this afternoon.

The Remainder Man mare made a pleasing racecourse debut when third, beaten four and a half lengths and three lengths, by Lady Daisy and Perfect Timmer over course and distance two weeks ago.

Real Taoiseach, who reopposes on similiar terms here, finished five lengths back in fourth and is unlikely to trouble Tullibards Swallow.

O'Brien can initiate a double with West Brogue in the Seskin Beginners Chase.

The seven year old was a useful hurdler before the change to novice chasing and would certainly be a force to be reckoned with if he can get his jumping act together. Charlie Swan can iron out a few of his problems.
