RUGBY:CONNACHT'S MIAH Nikora will be unavailable for at least three weeks with a knee injury as the province face Aironi away on Saturday. Connacht defeated the Italians, the only side in the league who have not yet won a match, when they met in Galway's snow but face them with their Italy internationals back in camp.
“Miah’s out for two to three weeks with medial ligament damage and a slight fracture of the leg. He’s definitely out this week and against Edinburgh,” said coach Eric Elwood. “Ray Ofisa had a back spasm but appears to be fine, while Dermot Murphy went over on his ankle and could be a doubt. Eoin Griffin is still not ready but is doing controlled training and rehab work, while Keith Mathews didn’t train early in the week but should be okay.”
