Racing News Round-up: The "old firm" of Michael Kinane and Aidan O'Brien will team up again for tomorrow's Juddmonte International at York where the Irish Derby hero Dylan Thomas will return to action.

Just seven opponents will take on the Irish star who will be ridden for the first time by Kinane due to Kieren Fallon's ban in the UK.

Kinane and O'Brien were successful in the Group One feature six years ago when Giant's Causeway edged out Kalanisi in an epic finish.

Last year's runner-up, Marahaal, will again take his chance as will Echo Of Light from Godolphin and the French Group One winner Laverock who were all declared at yesterday's final stage.

Kinane will also be on board the O'Brien-trained Fire And Rain, a Newmarket maiden winner last year, in the Group Two Great Voltiguer Stakes, a St Leger trial that also includes the King Edward winner Papal Bull and the Group One runner-up Red Rocks.

The top two year old Holy Roman Emperor is set to run next in the National Stakes at the Curragh after being taken out of yesterday's Prix Morny, won by the Peter Chapple-Hyam-trained Dutch Art, at Deauville due to the ground conditions.

George Washington completed the Phoenix Stakes-National Stakes double last year and Holy Roman Emperor is already as low as 6 to 1 favourite for next season's 2,000 Guineas.

This evening's meeting at Roscommon could turn into something of a bonanza for the champion jockey Ruby Walsh who can kick the meeting off with a success in the juvenile maiden hurdle on Rusty Red.

Joe Crowley's horse was the equal of most of these on the level and should benefit significant for the experience of his jumping debut when runner-up to Blackriver Boy at Naas.

Zeroberto missed out on a run in the Galway Hurdle but should be able to cope with Moore's Law and Line Ball in the conditions hurdle while another Galway winner, Rory's Sister, has a clear chance in the second handicap hurdle.

Team Allstar has just a third start over fences in the handicap chase and on the back of a Wexford success on the flat last time he looks capable of much better than was shown on heavy ground last November.
