Shane Horgan, selected on the right wing for Ireland in the World Cup warm-up match against Wales tomorrow, has sustained a slight quadriceps strain, reports Johnny Watterson.

As a precaution Gordon D'Arcy has been brought into the Irish squad as cover.

A decision on whether Horgan is fit enough to play will be made today after the team has a light run-out at Lansdowne Road.
