Australia lock Justin Harrison - scourge of the Lions last summer - has been dropped for Australia's Millennium Stadium clash against Wales on Sunday.
Harrison, whose last-gasp line-out steal in the decisive Sydney Test guaranteed Australia a 2-1 series triumph, makes way for experienced Queensland forward Matt Cockbain.
But Harrison, who was branded a "plank, a plod and an ape" in Austin Healey's newspaper column during the Lions series, does not pay a lone price following the 14-13 defeat by France last weekend, as Wallabies coach Eddie Jones has also axed wing Chris Latham.
Latham's place goes to fit-again Ben Tune, a prolific Test match try-scorer whose recent international career has been hampered by continual injury problems. Tune went on as a second-half substitute against France, claiming a consolation touchdown, and he now finds himself reunited with regular Australian strike partner Joe Roff.
A third change this time enforced sees Elton Flatley drafted into midfield alongside Graeme Bond because Nathan Grey has not recovered from a neck injury. "We need to be more competitive at the breakdown, and that is why Matt Cockbain will start on Sunday," Jones said.
Meanwhile, New Zealand-born Brendan Laney has been handed a whirlwind Scotland debut by coach Ian McGeechan for the Test with the All Blacks at Murrayfield on Saturday. Full back Laney only signed for Edinburgh a week ago and has yet to play a game for the side from the capital.
