Guatemala's Mateo Flores stadium has been shut down indefinitely by FIFA following the stampede during a World Cup qualifier last month which killed 84 people.

In a statement soccer's world governing body confirmed the ground "is to be used for no matches until further notice,"

Guatemala's forthcoming qualifying matches against Costa Rica and Trinidad and Tobago will now be played in other countries.
