Harrington shoots opening 69 at Southwind

Padraig Harrington shot a one under par, 69 in the opening round of the FedEx St Jude Classic at TPC Southwind in Memphis, Tennessee.

The Dubliner, starting on the 10th tee, managed a brace of birdies, at the par four 13th and the the par five, third, his 12th hole. His only dropped shot came at the fourth. He trails the early leaders Nicholas Thompson, Scot Stallings, David Toms and Nathan Green who are on three under with half the field still to tee off.
