Tipperary captain Conor Gleeson is a doubtful starter for next Sunday's All-Ireland semi-final against Wexford.
Gleeson broke a bone in his hand while playing for his club Boherlahan-Dualla last weekend. His hand has been heavily bandaged all week and he has been unable to participate in hurling practice with his colleagues, although he has taken part in the running and exercise sessions. The protective covering is due to be removed from his hand on Tuesday and a decision on his fitness will be taken after training on Tuesday night when the Tipperary team will be announced.
