Festival Hall, Saturday's Leopardstown winner, Cupid, and Yeoman's Point, who runs at Leopardstown today, are still in the 10-furlong contest in Paris.

"It's too early to say for definite which of them will run," said O'Brien, but he could confirm Second Empire on course for the Breeders' Cup Mile on Saturday week.

Another Irish runner at Churchill Downs will be Sunshine Street, who is set to take his chance in the $2 million Breeders' Cup Turf. "He deserves to take his chance and the faster the ground the better," said his trainer, Noel Meade.

Peter Chapple-Hyam yesterday confirmed that Epsom Derby favourite Commander Collins will first be aimed at the 2,000 Guineas. He is delighted with the health of his colt, who leapt to the top of the Epsom betting after his seven-length win on Saturday.
