Ireland manager Mick McCarthy confirmed yesterday that Middlesbrough defender Curtis Fleming has withdrawn from his squad for next Saturday's European Championships qualifier against Croatia.
The Dubliner injured his knee in training and is also out of his club's game against Derby County this afternoon. McCarthy said he will not be calling up anybody to replace Fleming at this stage.
