The main hub of activity over this weekend will be at the Phoenix club in the Phoenix Park, where North County and Merrion meet in the final of the Leinster Senior 50 Overs League, sponsored by Lewis Traub today.
North County show just one change from the side which defeated Phoenix in last week's semi-final at Balrothery. Paul Martin returns to the team, while George McNally steps down to be 12th man.
Once again, North County will be without Paul Mooney, on ICC Trophy duty with the Ireland squad in Toronto.
None of the three Joyce brothers, Ed, Dom and Gus, will be involved for Merrion and there must also be a doubt over the fitness of strike bowler Angus Fleming, who aggravated a hamstring problem in the match against Pembroke.
This looks like being a keenly-contested final, which could go either way.
