Dundalk came from behind to fully announce their arrival back in the Premier Division with this rousing win over reigning champions Bohemians, a result that keeps Shamrock Rovers top of the table.

Trailing to Glen Crowe's first-half strike, Dundalk stormed back into the match in the second-half to score three times.

A bad call by home goalkeeper John Connolly gifted Crowe a soft goal to give Bohemians a 24th minute lead. Connolly told right-back John Whyte to leave Dave Morrison's ball over the top, but it lacked the pace to run through to him and Crowe nipped in to head it over stranded goalkeeper.

James Keddy fired Dundalk level on 54 minutes after Bohemians failed to clear a long throw from David Hoey.

Ger Robinson then put Dundalk in from 11 minutes later when he flicked home a Jonathan Prizeman corner. David Ward added the third goal nine minutes from time when volleying home after a Prizeman's free-kick.
